You decide what runs on its own.
Every new store starts in review mode. ShopGeist writes the draft, you approve it. Only once you trust a topic do you release it.
From draft to release in progress
At first ShopGeist only drafts and you send. While you do, you see how often you change something on each topic. When that number falls towards zero on order status, you know that topic is ready.
A release only ever covers one topic in progress
You can release order status and keep checking refunds yourself. Each topic is its own decision, and you can take it back whenever you want.
Limits you set in numbers in progress
Refund up to USD 100 alone, ask me above that. Act on orders under 14 days old, ask on older ones. You set these values, and at the limit ShopGeist stops and puts the case in front of you.
Unsure means it does not send live
If the answer is not in your store, ShopGeist sends nothing. It marks which information is missing and hands the case to you. This works today.
You can see every step in progress
A full record: what was done, when, and where the information came from. So that when something is questioned you can read back rather than guess.
Only tested tools may act in progress
Third-party systems you connect may read and supply answers. Taking action, meaning cancelling or refunding, is limited to what we built and tested ourselves.
