Where your data lives live
Everything stays in the EU: the application, the database, storage and outgoing mail. Processing by the language model happens in Europe too.
GDPR and data processing live
A processing agreement is included at no extra cost. Deletion on request, and without a request conversations are deleted after twelve months.
Your data does not train models live
We use neither your store content nor your customers messages to train models.
Uninstalling deletes everything live
If you remove the app, your stores data is deleted within 48 hours.

Anyone writing to ShopGeist is told an AI is answering. The EU AI Act requires this from 2026.
