What counts as an enquiry?
An enquiry covers a customer conversation and all its messages. After 7 days without a new message from the customer, their next message counts as a new enquiry.
What if I receive more enquiries?
You are notified before reaching your allowance. There is a buffer and no automatic overage charge. We agree higher volumes with you.
What does setup cost?
Any one-time setup fee depends on the agreed scope and is confirmed before you start.
